Perched above the lagoon, with a swim up platform for underwater adventures, our Reef Villas offer countless ways to relax. Out on the deck you’ll find loungers and plenty of space to take in the views and for dining. A king size bedroom leads to a pampering bathroom, boasting a separate tub and rain shower.
Sunset Reef Villa
For sundowner heaven, these overwater villas feature a swim up platforma and a deck with loungers with the best sunset views on the island. Each of our Sunset Reef Villas enjoy front row seats for nature’s daily light show, and all feature king size beds and luxurious bathrooms with ocean vistas.
Water Villa with Pool
Only six Water Villas with Pool can be found on the jetty, and with infinity plunge pools, overwater hammocks and large outdoor decks with steps straight down to the lagoon, it’s easy to see why they’re so popular. Sliding glass doors flood the interiors with natural light and ocean breezes, and bathrooms feature freestanding tubs and a separate shower.
Grand Water Villa with Pool
Each of our five Grand Water Villas with pool boasts a private infinity edge swimming pool on an oversized sun deck, prestige ocean views and steps down to the lagoon. Inside, you’ll find a panoramic king sized bedroom with separate lounge area, plus a bathroom with a deep-soaking tub and separate shower.
Two Bedroom Water Villa with Pool
Two Bedroom Water Villa with Pool is situated at the end of the overwater jetty and enjoys the best views in the house. A world unto itself, the suite can host up to six guests and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with dining area. Outside, an expansive deck features a private pool, daybed, loungers and dining table, with steps leading straight down to the lagoon.
Beach Villa
Our 14 Beach Villas are situated right on the sand, just steps away from the lagoon. Bright white interiors contrast with tropical colour accents, and all feature a king size bed, alcoved daybed, outdoor bathroom with rain shower, and a decked terrace with loungers and dining area.
Deluxe Beach Villa at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef
Similar to our Beach Villas, but with a few added extras. A fully-furnished sun deck, a private cabana boasts a relaxing Maldivian swing overlooking the lagoon. An indulgent bathroom is set in its own outdoor courtyard, and all villas enjoy prime positions right on the beach.
Beach Villa with Pool
These signature villas are amongst the most covetable accommodations on the island, and all feature large private pools and extended outdoor spaces – complete with a Maldivian swing for long lazy afternoons by the beach. King size bedrooms with alcoved daybeds are bright and flooded with light, and lead to an outdoor bathroom with freestanding tub and two showers.
